I didn't order breakfast, so I can't comment about it. It was a short drive to the basketball stadium, so The location was good.

Lovely people as well as very accommodating& understanding! The owners/managers have the patience of a saint and I'll be sure to recommend them to people whenever possible 😀

it had a pool (even though it was winter so we didn’t use it) I requested an early check in and the room was ready as soon as we got to the hotel, it was easy to navigate, it had tea, coffee, lots of milks, biscuits, kettle and microwave which was good and happy with the fridge, tv and split system, easy check in and check out also had really comfy chairs to sit in

I was greeted in a friendly way by the staff. Room was clean and plenty of tea and coffee provided. A small kitchenette with fridge and microwave was great.

The location was really central to where we needed to go whilst in Ballarat and the staff were really friendly.

Quiet, clean and comfortable, a short drive to the CBD, with a supermarket just two minutes around the corner. Best armchairs I've ever had in a motel.

The location was ideal for me; (I didn't order the breakfast); The room was well laid-out, comfortable, and made to feel very homely, which I appreciated.

The property had easy access.A three minute walk away was a restaurant called “ LAZY MOES” a must go to and extremely handy.
