Comfortable, ground level, no stairs, disability handrails in bathroom.

The family room was very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. The hotel is close to the town centre and lots of takeout and cafes around.

Very convenient location - it was only a few minutes drive to Ballarat central, it was surprisingly quiet considering it was just off a major thoroughfare too! The check in and check out was easy and smooth, we had to leave very early the following day and it was a simple case of drop the key card off in the box on the way out. Plenty of room for my family, beds were comfy, no complaints at all! Did exactly what we wanted the room to do.

Peter Was very obliging and only pleased to be of help. The beds were extremeley comfortable. The shower was wonderfully hot and the Room was spotlessly clean Look forward to our stay in a few weeks time .We liked the new comfortable carpet through out Thanks Peter Regards Stephanie

It looks a little old from the outside but it was very nice on the inside it was warm and very clean and the staff were lovely I will stay there again.

It's homely and comfortable, includes the little extras like teatowels and tissues, comfy armchairs and lace curtains, as well as the usual expected items.

Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was also very quiet with little roadside noise overnight and no intruding noise from people in other rooms.

The property was clean and well maintained. Rooms got everything we needed. Just a suggestion, if night lamps are there, it would have been great.
